History

In north central Indiana, Cass County was formed in 1829 from unorganized land. Its county seat, Logansport, is on US-24 about 70 miles north of Indianapolis. Cass is bordered by the counties of Fulton, Miami, Howard, Carroll, White and Pulaski.
